Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with 8-12 Years of experience. Must have7+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, program management, or transformation roles Need to have Proven experience working closely with VP level and senior leadership Strong understanding of software development, digital platforms, and modern SDLC practices Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with a high degree of discretion Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
