Arc of Onondaga is looking for a dedicated and ambitious professional to join our team as a Screening and Navigation Coordinator. In this newly created, full-time role, you'll work closely across agency departments to support individuals through the screening process, help them navigate services, and provide ongoing case management as appropriate. As the primary point of contact, you'll play a critical role in overseeing the roll out of the new screening tool, completion of required billing documentation, and creation of internal processes. You will be key to ensuring that the health-related social needs of individuals are met and that no one falls through the cracks. Why Arc?
