The Senior Case Management Specialist is a peer leader and will engage teammates with integrity and authenticity. They will proactively identify problems and seek solutions. Our ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills. This role offers a 4-day, 40-hour workweek, Monday•Thursday, and includes the flexibility to work remotely, as well as the opportunity to collaborate in-person at our headquarters office in Aurora, CO, and/or at off-site locations.

To learn more about our commitment to inclusion and diversity, visit our website: https://www.dpcolo.org/about-us/inclusion-and-diversity/ Requirements High School Diploma or GED One (1) year of administrative support or customer service experience Preferred Associate's degree Three years (3) administrative support or customer service experience Project management experience Experience with oversight of processes and workflows Experience in human services or nonprofit fields Knowledge of Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Additional Responsibilities Create, implement, promote, and maintain effective and efficient processes and operations; maintain adequate documentation of workflows Support their supervisor and teams in providing oversight of work quality, data integrity, and timely completion of work Keep up to date on all state policies and procedures related to their tasks and responsibilities Create and maintain systems for data tracking and reporting Provide high-quality subject matter expertise, customer service, support, and technical assistance to internal staff and our community partners; communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in appropriate formats Schedule, create agendas and lead meetings to facilitate discussions and support follow-up as needed Ensure teammates, supervisors, and stakeholders remain well-informed of processes and projects Provide support to hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff; supports training for tenured staff as needed Model curiosity and change management skills; encourages professional development Foster positive team dynamics and staff engagement Initiate, support and manage projects as needed About Us Started in 1964, Developmental Pathways (DP) is a nonprofit agency serving more than 15,000 individuals with disabilities and their families in Arapahoe, Douglas, and Elbert counties.
