What You'll Do:

This role is responsible for designing and developing systems training and resources to support the launch, maintenance and ongoing onboarding and sustainment of the Salesforce system. Conduct learning needs analysis, audience analysis and high level learning design to design all interventions for success. Consult with senior-level business leaders to determine performance goals, learning objectives, and project/program requirements. Design and develop instructional materials for instructor-led. #
