We design and deliver high-quality community programs that are structured, measurable, and built for long-term sustainability. We are looking for a Senior Program Director who can take full ownership of program strategy, execution, and outcomes. This is not a purely administrative role—you will shape how programs are designed, scaled, and improved across the organization. You will act as the bridge between executive leadership, program teams, and community partners, ensuring that every initiative delivers meaningful and measurable impact. Collaborative Environment:
Work closely with leadership, program teams, and external partners in a highly collaborative setting.
Flexible Work Structure:
We support balance and offer flexibility in scheduling where operationally possible.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, funders, and internal leadership.
Performance & Reporting:
Track program outcomes, analyze performance data, and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Budget & Resource Management:
Oversee program budgets, funding allocations, and resource planning to ensure sustainability.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness, scalability, and impact.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
5+ years in program management, nonprofit leadership, or operations, with experience leading teams and managing complex initiatives.
Leadership Ability:
Proven experience supervising teams, guiding performance, and driving accountability.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to connect high-level organizational goals with day-to-day program execution.
Communication Skills:
Strong ability to communicate with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
Execution Focus:
Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on operational involvement.

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.
