The Target Pay Range for this position is $128,900.00-$157,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $186,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.BENEFITS

In this role,you'llbring clarity to complexity-aligning cross-functional teams, influencing senior leaders, and ensuring large-scale programs deliver meaningful results. Lead Complex Programs:
You'llown and drive large-scale, cross-functional programs-ensuring alignment, momentum, and successful delivery across business and technology teams.Drive Transformation Initiatives:
You'llplay a key role in advancing technology platform enhancements and enterprise-wide change efforts that modernize how weoperate.Engage Executive Stakeholders:
You'llconfidently communicate program updates, risks, and progress to senior leadership, tailoring your message to resonate at the executive level.Shape Strategic Direction:
You'llcontribute to and influence the strategic direction of the business unit, helping prioritize initiatives that deliver the greatest impact.OptimizeProcesses & Performance:
You'llestablishmetrics,monitorperformance, and continuously improve processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate Across theOrganization:
You'llpartner with internal teams and external vendors to design and implement solutions that enhance both employee and member experiences.Champion Change Management:
