Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sexual Assault Services Coordinator to lead our efforts in providing comprehensive support and advocacy for survivors of sexual assault. In this vital role, you will coordinate services, develop programs, and foster relationships with community partners to ensure survivors receive the care, resources, and empowerment they need to heal and rebuild their lives. Your leadership will help create a safe, responsive environment where survivors feel heard, supported, and valued. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee programs that support survivors of sexual assault, ensuring services are accessible, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive Coordinate intake assessments, crisis intervention, and ongoing case management for individuals with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, law enforcement, healthcare providers, and advocacy groups to enhance service delivery and resource sharing Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance on best practices in social work, behavioral health, and trauma-informed care Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and prepare reports to ensure compliance with funding requirements and organizational goals Lead staff training initiatives focused on social work principles, behavioral health strategies, and working effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities Maintain detailed administrative records while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal standards Skills Proven experience in management and program development within social services or related fields Strong background in working with individuals in crisis and understanding their unique needs Excellent relationship management skills to foster partnerships across community agencies and stakeholders Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to motivate teams and promote professional growth Solid administrative skills including budgeting, record keeping, and report writing Deep knowledge of trauma recovery and mental health support Ability to handle complex situations with sensitivity while maintaining clear communication and organizational effectiveness This role is perfect for energetic professionals eager to lead impactful programs that empower survivors.
