Success Coach North Miami Beach, FL Job Details Part-time | Contract From $15 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Student mentoring Organizational skills Communication skills Entry level Full Job Description Part-Time Success Coach (Youth Mentor) Propelling Into Triumph (PIT) Miami-Dade County, FL | Part-Time | Contract About the Role Propelling Into Triumph (PIT) is hiring a Part-Time Success Coach to support youth aging out of foster care. This is a hands-on role focused on mentorship, life skills coaching, and consistent support. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 coaching and mentorship to youth Conduct regular check-ins, goal setting, and progress tracking Support life skills, education, and career development Assist with workshops and group programming Attend program events and trainings Complete case notes and documentation Support residents at transitional housing homes (some evenings/weekends) Requirements Experience working with youth or young adults (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation Must pass a background check Communication & Reliability (Required) Respond to communication within 24 hours (2-4 hours during active work time) Attend scheduled meetings and check-ins Maintain consistent engagement with assigned youth Communicate schedule changes in advance Schedule Part time 20 hours per week with opportunities to go full time
