Job Description

My client, StarkMHAR is seeking a passionate and experienced System Improvement Coordinator to lead behavioral health system improvement initiatives across Stark County. This role focuses on improving service delivery, workforce development, trauma-responsive care, and client outcomes through data-driven and evidence-informed strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead system improvement and workforce development initiatives Support trauma-informed and trauma-responsive practices Analyze data and provider reports to identify trends and improvements Facilitate collaboration with providers, stakeholders, and community partners Research and implement evidence-based best practices Oversee programs across the continuum of care Represent the organization at meetings, trainings, and community events Qualifications Required Master's degree in Human Services or related field 5+ years of behavioral health program administration experience Dependent clinical licensure Preferred System improvement or project management experience Independent clinical licensure Why Join Us? $51,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
