Position Overview:

The Launch Program Coordinator role will provide administrative and coordinated support for new product launches within the Innovation team. This role focuses on organizing information, maintaining project documentation and timelines, and supporting cross-functional workflows under the direction of the Associate Launch Program Manager. This role plays a critical part in keeping launch execution organized, visible, and on track. Key Responsibilities Essential Job Functions:

Project & Process Support Maintain project trackers, timelines, and action/risk logs in Smartsheet Update launch documentation based on inputs from cross-functional partners Ensure project files, briefs, and meeting materials are current and well-organized Track deliverables and follow-up on open action items as directed Meeting & Communication Support Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for launch-related discussions Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute recaps Serve as a point of contact for basic project status questions Executional Assistance Support the Associate Launch Program Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks Assist with post-launch documentation and project closeout activities Manage item setup for all NPD projects Flag missing information, delays, or inconsistencies for escalation Miscellaneous Complies with all company policies and procedures and operates all equipment in a safe and food-safe manner. Complies with Bob's Red Mill food safety policies and procedures including adherence to FDA regulations, Safe Quality Food (SQF) Standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Responsible for reporting food safety and quality concerns to Supervisors and/or Department Manager. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

None. This position reports to the Senior Innovation Marketing Manager.

Ability to work in an environment where exposure to potential food allergens is or may be present.

Education and Experience:

1+ years of project management experience; AND 1+ years of CPG experience; AND A bachelor's degree in business communications, or a related field; OR Any combination of education and additional years of experience that provides the necessary skills, knowledge, and ability to perform assigned tasks.

Physical Demands:

Position requires the ability to sit for up to approximately two hours at a time May be required to occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds

Work Environment:

The primary work environment for this position is within an office setting. There are no adverse conditions associated with this position Limited business travel required, less than 10% dependent on project needs Employees will be exposed to common food allergens.
