Tracker provides supervision of clients by monitoring clients at nights and on weekends for curfew checks through face-to-face and phone contacts 2 -3 times weekly. Trackers will also work as part of a team in conjunction with the Program Manager and staff to help clients achieve their goals. The work hours for the trackers have some variability but usually are evenings between 5pm and 9pm. Job Responsibilities / Essential Functions Program Monitoring
Responsible for communicating curfew adherence and random drug screen results for clients in the program.
Conducts random drug screens at a frequency set by the program manager.
Submits results of curfew adherence and drug screen results through an email to program manager within 24 hours of the visit.
Report critical issues or incidents immediately to the program manager. Instruction and Training
Participate in staff meetings and training as required.
Complete required annual training yearly. Clerical duties
Must possess basic computer skills such as using e-mails for effective communication, writing and editing in Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
Perform basic clerical activities related to daily operations of the program.
Document activities, incidents, and complete all required documentation in the client record Driving and Transportation
Provide transportation for clients in company vehicles following all procedures and protocols for safety and security.
Have reliable access to personal transportation Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum 21 years of age
Valid Alabama driver's license and acceptable driving record with proof of personal vehicle insurance
Safely operate 8-12 passenger van
