Job Description

The Director of Programs & Partnerships is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating S.O.A.R. Outreach programs while developing relationships with community organizations, schools, businesses, and strategic partners. This position ensures programs are impactful, well-coordinated, and aligned with the organization's mission. This position works directly with the CEO/Founder to ensure organizational goals are achieved through effective planning, coordination, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management Coordinate and oversee all outreach programs and initiatives. Develop program schedules, objectives, and implementation plans. Track participant engagement and program outcomes. Ensure programs are delivered effectively and efficiently. Community Partnerships Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and businesses. Identify partnership opportunities that support organizational growth. Represent S.O.A.R. Outreach at community events and meetings. Coordinate collaborative projects with partner organizations. Volunteer Coordination Assist with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and engagement. Support volunteer training and recognition efforts. Ensure volunteers are assigned to appropriate programs and activities. Program Evaluation Collect and analyze program data. Prepare reports highlighting program impact and outcomes. Recommend improvements to increase effectiveness and community engagement. Qualifications Current college student Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Experience in community service, volunteer leadership, or student organizations preferred. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and communication platforms. prior management/supervisor experience
Preferred:
College Students Majoring in Nonprofit Management/Leadership, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Public Administration, Human Services, Community Development Able to commit for 2-3 years
Compensation:
Possibly a yearly stipend
Pay:
$1.00 per year
