THE COUNSELING & PSYCHOTHERAPY CENTER, INC.
(CPC) is hiring a Area Coordinator to join the management team of our Sex Offender Treatment and Management Program. The Area Coordinator ensures the quality of the RULE Program in their assigned region. The Coordinator assists in managing a sex offender caseload working closely with the Regional Director, Probation and Parole Departments, Clinical Directors, clinical staff and is also responsible for many of the administrative aspects of the regional office. The Area Coordinator needs to be a professional who can work well under pressure while representing and marketing the agency as well.
Responsibilities include:
Managing RULE Program by scheduling clients, scheduling clinical staff, maintaining program capacity, coordinating with probation/parole. Scheduling Clinical Staff Meetings in your assigned jurisdiction on a quarterly basis to disseminate important agency information as well as provide specialized training for clinicians. Addressing training needs of criminal justice agencies relative to sex offender management as needed. Working with Area Director and Clinical Directors to recruit and train staff. Preparing Billing Reports and Invoices. Maintaining client case files and database. Conducting field marketing visits to local agencies; travel is required Facilitating meetings with parole units and clinical staff
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Business Administration or related Excellent communication and organizational skills. Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Use and Internet Data Entry Ability to conduct effective interviews with hostile or reluctant individuals. Ability to prepare accurate records and reports Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with other employees, offenders, outside criminal justice agencies and the general public.
