Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.

Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.

Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.

Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and staffHere's what you'll need: Must be at least 21 years oldAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needsMust be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulationsAssociate's degree or (60) college credit hours, with (18) of them in a field related to Education, Child Development, Human Services, or Recreation from an approved and accredited institution of higher education, and has two (2) years supervised teaching experience in a license/approved Early Childhood Program (student teaching may fulfill this requirement)Come join the AlphaBEST movement to help kids journey to greater discovery and connection to the world around them.
