As a Sr Analyst within the Retail Immunization Program, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and coordination of the Immunizations Training program web-based activities to ensure proper completion by immunizers. You will support our credentialing platform through user testing, implementation of launch, and be responsible for reports required for and generated from this platform. This position involves the management of immunizations safety initiatives including emergency kit maintenance and retraining alert process. This position will involve the maintenance of current immunization protocols, and related compliance activities within the program as well as managing communications related to these topics. This is a great opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with all team members supporting a clinical flag-ship program of our company. Required Qualifications 1+ years related experience and knowledge of CVS pharmacy operations and systems Demonstrate understanding of legal, regulatory and compliance requirements Demonstrate competence with spreadsheets and presentation software, including intermediary knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment Receptive to constructive feedback and flexible in adapting to change Preferred Qualification Associate's or Bachelor's Degree. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
