Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers to increase sales. Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team. Set sales goals and metrics to measure their performance. Develop strategies to increase client engagement. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong organizational, communication, and management skills. Ability to analyze data and develop strategies based on findings. Knowledge of sales process and customer relationship management. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. LAH license, Series 7 & 66
Nice-to-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Experience working with internal teams to resolve customer problems. Knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and web analytics. Familiarity with customer service software, CRM and ATS. Proficiency in MS Office. #LI-MZ2 #LI-MMSC
