Work Shift Job Description Job Duties:
35%- Coordinate and support various programs within the Division of Hematology Oncology. Coordinates program design and implementation of research and clinical activities. Assists in the documentation of processes, standards, procedures, and policies for projects. Monitor performance metrics, identify operational issues, and support the implementation of new services or models. 30%
- Work closely with the team of experts to ensure smooth operation and progress of projects. Plan and facilitate leadership meetings, document decisions, ensure follow-through on action items, and maintain collaborative relationships across clinical, research and administrative partners. 15%
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, including researchers, clinicians, and external partners. Coordinate initiatives and serve as liaison between new providers and divisional leadership to support successful provider integration. 15%
- Collect, organize, and analyze data. Develop and maintain operational reports. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards; assist with provider onboarding and monitor ramp-up performance to support practice growth. 5%
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Job Description Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor's degree and two years relevant program experience.Physical Requirements:
