They ensure daily operations run smoothly, schedules are maintained, communication flows effectively, and program goals are achieved. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee program activities and schedules Assist with planning meetings, workshops, and events Maintain program records, reports, and documentation Communicate with staff, clients, vendors, and stakeholders Monitor program progress and track deadlines Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence Support budgeting and expense tracking Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures Identify issues and help develop solutions Provide administrative support to program managers or directors Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, communications, healthcare, education, or related field (preferred) Previous administrative, project coordination, or program support experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred Skills Time management Problem-solving Attention to detail Customer service Data entry and reporting Event coordination Work Environment Program Coordinators may work in: Corporate offices Nonprofit organizations Schools and universities Healthcare facilities Government agencies Remote or hybrid settings
