You will maintain a highly responsive, service-oriented approach to account management while working closely with the DRIVE team to develop strategies and objectives for client projects. You will coordinate the planning and execution of all projects and is responsible for ensuring all work adheres to client objectives, client deadlines are met, and the agency delivers on the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Maintain proactive direct day-to-day client contact. Provide input into the strategic direction and associated tactics of client accounts based on a strong understanding of their marketing and business objectives. Analyze input from client, together with background knowledge, research, etc., to produce full marketing strategies. Lead kick-off meetings with full team and client. Provide strategy, goals, expectations, budget, and timelines required to successfully complete projects. Keep apprised of all relevant client and market developments. Coordinate and obtain client approval for all projects. Review and approve content, design, and final marketing assets for accuracy and correctness. Coordinate client approvals. Meet regularly with clients to review status and manage expectations. Review monthly analytics and make recommendations for improving campaigns and lead generation efforts. Requirements Experience building and managing successful client relationships. Experience in an agency or marketing setting is a plus. Experience working with Law Firm clients a plus. This role is full-time, in-office.
