Well-Being Coaches are a helper for the journey, support the site and well-being committee in achieving goals, and connect the site with resources to achieve well-being goals. Coaches work to build social connections and facilitate peer support (the strongest buffer to stress) among the team through friendly challenges (ex. water challenge, step challenge, etc.) and well-being activities that embed opportunities to build and strengthen relationships among peers. This is a field-based position serving child care programs in the counties of Florence, Clarendon, Williamsburg, Marion, and Darlington, SC (Pee Dee Area). Be Well Care Well Coaches recruit and serve child care programs according to the Be Well Care Well model.
