The primary goal of the role is to equip participants with foundational academic skills, employabilitypetencies, and work-based learning experiences that lead to successful job placement, continuedcation, and long-term self-sufficiency. Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalentbination of job related certification, training,cation, andor experience. Coordinates all aspects of participant placement, including scling interviews, transporting participants as needed, assisting with work-related needs (e.g., clothing, materials), monitoring progress, obtaining employer feedback, and ensuring accurate tracking of work hours, payroll documentation, and participant oues in SCWOS.
