PT Center for Christian Coaching Program Coordinator - Brentwood (20-25 hr/wk) 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 7777 Concord Rd, Brentwood, TN 37027 Part-time Brentwood Baptist Church 16 reviews Part-time SUMMARY The Program Coordinator for the Center for Christian Coaching is a 20-25 hr/wk position that provides administrative, logistical, and communication support for the Center's programs and the Coaching Ministry Team. This role ensures smooth operations for coaching courses, certification processes, and community engagement efforts. The Program Coordinator reports to the Program Director of the Center for Christian Coaching and plays a vital role in creating an excellent experience for students, coaches, and ministry partners.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
may include but are not limited to the following: Communication & Support Provide ongoing support for communication with CCC prospects, website inquiries, current students, the BBC Coaching Team, the church community, the local coaching community, and the International Coaching Federation. Manage updates for website content. Support communication for the Coaching Community of Practice calls, including creating CCEU certificates and providing technical support for the YouTube channel. Update templates as needed for courses and certification communications. Certification & Records Management Provide administrative support for the Christian Coaching Certification and Level 1 Certificate process. Create and distribute certificates of completion, upload records into Ministry Platform. Course Administration & Logistics Provide administrative and logistical support for coaching courses offered through the CCC. Manage participant communication emails, ordering of binders and supplies, meals, and other class logistics. Handle edits and updates to student binder materials, CommReqs for printing, and production of nametags, table tents, handouts, and student manuals. Provide hospitality support during courses (meals, snacks, coffee, refills, etc.). Database Management Provide data management, input, and reporting in Ministry Platform Martus budget data entry

QUALIFICATIONS
: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must. High technical aptitude is required. Experience with Ministry Platform or similar church management systems (preferred). Strong communication skills, especially in training and simplifying complex systems. Analytical mindset with a heart for ministry impact. Can identify closely with the mission, values, vision, theology, philosophy and methodology of Brentwood Baptist Church. A mature Christian who is demonstrates the Fruit of the Spirit, is growing in their faith and is committed to spiritual disciplines such as Bible reading, prayer. Ability to collaborate, cooperate and function well in a team environment. Be detail oriented and administratively minded. Must possess good organizational skills and be detail oriented. Dependable, discreet, friendly, professional and neat.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
: Preferred bachelor's degree from four-year College or university, minimum of two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience is required working in the local church or Christian ministry context. All campuses function under the governance of Brentwood Baptist Church. Each campus is an established entity operating as a whole and permanent part of Brentwood Baptist. Each maintains pre-determined alignment characteristics that uphold the Brentwood Baptist "DNA" while also containing some contextualized characteristics to allow it to best reach its target local community. Every staff member is an employee of Brentwood Baptist.
