Work collaboratively within the C-Suite and with the Board of Directors to support the reputation and quality performance of the organization. Develop policy, procedures, departmental strategic plans, performance metrics, and effective communications. Oversee and complete contracts, budgets, staff evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions in consultation with applicable administrators. Maintain a development mindset to ensure current programs meet the highest efficiency and compliance standards and to create new programs that provide worthwhile opportunities for the people receiving support from Orange Grove Center. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in tasks to support organizational success. Strategic Leadership Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Leadership Team on all Programmatic matters. Establish and analyze Program metrics to inform organizational decision-making and identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with the CEO and Leadership Team. Develop and implement Program strategies that align with Orange Grove's mission, short-term, and long-term goals. Analyze, trend, and present Program data and initiatives with the Education and Employment Committee, Board of Directors, Leaders and Coaches Committee, Leadership and Director meetings, and with community partners. Oversee Program leadership to ensure quality personnel performance, budgetary oversight, and outcome effectiveness. Culture and Engagement Promote a culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability. Serve as a liaison with community organizations, government entities, and accreditation entities. Promote person-centered practices, Employment First philosophy, and creativity towards continual improvements. Engage with new hires during orientation. Support organizational events in the community and at Orange Grove Center. Required Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience. Experience with developing and monitoring qualitative and quantitative performance metrics. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills. Ability to maintain objectivity and strategic mission alignment. Good overall physical health and personal stamina. A physical examination, including TB skin test or chest x-ray is required prior to employment. Fitness to conduct essential duties within the office environment, while conducting periodic travel and visits to program sites and community meetings, and while presenting information to a variety of audiences. Compliance with Drug Free Workplace policy. Preferred Advance degree in related field. Experience developing and implementing Continuous Improvement Plans, dashboards, scorecards, and evaluation reports. Experience working in or with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
