Independent Living Director Do you have a passion for senior living? We are seeking a Director for our Independent Living community in Chattanooga, TN The independent Living Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of our 31 retirement apartment community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years experience in senior living or healthcare management. Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills. Financial management and budgeting experiencing.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and supervision to staff. Develop and implement programs, activities that support independent living residents Responsible for marketing and occupancy efforts.
