Full-Time Pay:
$23.00-25.00/hour+/- depending on experience Overview We are seeking a mission-driven Regional Coordinator to provide assistance with our Meals-on-Wheels and Senior Dining program serving older adults across eastern Middle Tennessee. This support role ensures high-quality meal service, program compliance, and strong community partnerships that support volunteer involvement and seniors' independence, dignity, and well-being. What You'll Do- Oversee daily operations across multiple counties
- Supervise staff and volunteers
- Ensure meal site compliance with regulations
- Assist in building partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders
- Assist with outreach, public relations, volunteer recruitment, and fundraising efforts
- Prepare reports, and track program performance
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong, mission-focused team comprised in part by volunteers Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Social Services, or equivalent experience helpful
- Experience in nonprofit or multi-county service environments
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of food service regulations (not required)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
