  • As a Senior Program Manager within the PMO, you will lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs that are critical to achieving business objectives and advancing strategic priorities.
In this role, you will provide leadership, governance, and operational oversight across multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment, execution excellence, and successful delivery of key initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive collaboration, manage risks and dependencies, and implement continuous improvement efforts that support scope, schedule, budget, quality, and patient safety objectives. Responsibilities include but not limited to: + Lead large, strategic, and highly complex programs that span multiple functions, business units, and geographic regions, delivering outcomes that drive significant business impact. + Develop and maintain integrated program charters, roadmaps, and execution plans, including scope, milestones, resource forecasts, dependencies, and critical path activities. + Establish and lead program governance processes, including status reporting, risk and issue management, decision-making forums, and change control, while providing clear recommendations to senior leadership. + Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues; manage scope changes and competing priorities in alignment with business objectives and PMO standards. + Influence, align, and lead cross-functional and matrixed teams to achieve program objectives, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high-performance execution. + Manage program budgets and financial performance, supporting business case development, investment planning, and benefit realization tracking for major initiatives. + Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective decision-making across all levels of the organization. + Champion program management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned, metrics, and process enhancements to improve execution efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
