04-07-2026 About the Role The THL Program Lead, under the supervision of the Regional Program Director or Assistant Director, assists in oversight of the program and ensures client-centered care, case coordination, and resource linkage are delivered in a competent, responsible, and ethical manner. This role focuses on supervising Care Coordinators, ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining compliance with regulations, and supporting program development and performance improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Assess clients on intake as needed and complete on-call duties while ensuring therapeutic services such as coping skills, behavior modification, parenting skills, and crisis intervention are provided Ensure internal and external collaboration with behavioral health and medical providers Work with Care Coordinators to ensure treatment teams collaborate effectively to deliver quality care Ensure Care Plans and documentation comply with company policy, state regulations, and accreditation standards Monitor clinical documentation completion and correct deficiencies within required timeframes Track monthly and quarterly reports and ensure compliance Monitor and assist Care Coordinators in closing gaps in care (HEDIS) and track progress weekly Conduct weekly supervision sessions with Care Coordinators per contract and accreditation requirements Facilitate Treatment Team meetings and review client presentations as required Attend quarterly director and regional leadership meetings Support team members to ensure optimal outcomes for clients and families Contribute to Performance Improvement Cycle through data collection and analysis Ensure completion of PQI activities including audits and evaluations Assist leadership in managing client census and productivity standards Support program development, networking, and cross-program collaboration Promote a positive team environment and service excellence Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a Human Service discipline from an accredited four-year college or university At least 3 years of relevant experience in the mental health field Experience in case coordination, client care, and behavioral health services Ability to supervise staff and ensure compliance with policies and regulations Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
