Job Description
The Pregnancy Help Center Program Coordinator oversees the daily delivery of compassionate, life-affirming services for individuals and families facing pregnancy. This role ensures clients receive high-quality education, practical resources, and supportive guidance that foster stability, confidence, and healthy outcomes for both parent and child. Through coordination of the Earn While You Learn program, volunteer engagement, and strong community partnerships, the Coordinator plays a key role in advancing a mission centered on dignity, hope, and tangible support. Key Responsibilities Conduct client screenings and intakes to assess needs, determine eligibility, and provide appropriate referrals Facilitate one-on-one and group educational sessions using established curriculum Coordinate services to ensure continuity of care and responsive support Maintain accurate, confidential case files, progress notes, and required documentation Keep community resource information current to support effective referrals Collaborate with local agencies and partners to address client needs Plan and implement program activities aligned with organizational goals Ensure all activities comply with policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations Track participation and outcomes for reporting and program improvement Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for clients, volunteers, and staff Manage program operations within the approved budget Recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteers Partner with Program Leadership on volunteer selection and development Cultivate relationships with community organizations and stakeholders Represent the program at outreach events to increase awareness and access to services Perform additional duties as needed to support program success
Job Requirements:
Must be able to move objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Must hold a valid driver license and be willing to travel, as required Must maintain any training and certification requirements Must be able to successfully pass a background check Must be support the teachings of the Catholic Church and embody our organization's mission and culture through behavior and daily interactions Predictable on-site attendance is requiredJob Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred Expresses desire to reach at-risk patients considering abortion Believes in the sanctity of all human life from the moment of conception through natural death Skilled with current technology and able to learn new skills quickly Experience with MicroSoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience supervising, consulting, planning, and developing people and programs and having knowledge of community resources and the ability to work with diverse groups of peoplePay:
