We are hiring for:
ICF Program Specialist Type:

Provides oversight and supervision to the Clinical program functions in ICF/IDD facilities. Ensures that the Person- Centered Planning process is implemented per company, state and federal guidelines by mentoring, training, guiding and overseeing the tasks and duties assigned to the Qualified Professionals at each ICF location. Assists the ICF locations with ensuring the Qualified Professional tasks are completed when a QP position is vacant. Provides ongoing training for new and existing Qualified Professionals. Works in collaboration with Quality Assurance, the Unit Administrator and the Director of Operations to ensure identified outcomes are met. Requires a four-year degree in a Human Services field with prior QP work experience of at least two years, with a proven track record of quality. Reports to the Director of Operations-ICF.Responsibilities:
