Full Job Description Responsibilities:
As Program Manager for Hill Resources you will need to oversee 6 ICF groups homes- Manage program budgets, including cost control and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to program team members
- Will need to travel to Sweetwater, TX twice weekly (will be compensated for travel)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in program management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in requirements management techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines Applications can be picked up Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
