Full Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Experience:

10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a similar leadership role.

Education:

Bachelor's degree

Certifications:

PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar desirable.

Tools:

Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Asana).

Leadership:

Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-management skills.

Communication:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex, multi-faceted projects.

Roles & Responsibilities Program Planning & Strategy:

Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects, defining program controls, processes, and procedures.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and coordinate diverse teams across departments to ensure effective collaboration.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program success.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the primary liaison, providing regular, accurate, and timely reports on program status, milestones, and ROI to executives and stakeholders.

Budgetary Control:

Develop and manage long-term program budgets, including forecasting and allocating funds.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate program performance and implement improvements to maximize efficiency.
