Manages and evaluates targets and strategy for accomplishing acquisition, retention, growth, and outcome targets for partnerships. Maintains documentation of targets, activities, and outcomes, and provides regular reports of progress and make recommendations in support of sustainability, growth, and goal attainment. Creates forms, tools and guidelines to capture required documentation and streamline communication. Represents the organization at professional meetings and conferences. Applies market trends to identify opportunities to incorporate trends and shape strategies. Mentors, coaches, and trains assigned staff to calibrate on departmental expectations. Analyzes data, evaluates, and documents outcomes through recurrent issue tracking and reporting; utilizes data to make recommendations and applies continuous improvement principles to areas of responsibility in support of sustainability, growth, effectiveness, and goal attainment with assigned partners. Documents and monitors caseload and effective communications with new and existing partners using identified Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems to inform data-driven systems. Leads and engages in communication to support partner growth, success, and sustainability through ongoing interactions and development of strategies to support implementation.
