  • $150K per year We have an immediate opportunity for a PLM Cutover Program Manager this role will serve as the PLM Implementation Cutover Program Manager, combining business analysis, program leadership, and operational execution to deliver PLM solutions that support the full product lifecycle across development, manufacturing, and service.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, highly integrated PLM implementations, preferably using Teamcenter PLM, with strong knowledge of PLM integrations with enterprise systems such as CAD, ERP, and other boundary applications. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, business acumen, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include driving and managing the PLM implementation roadmap and go-live activities, developing program plans, tracking execution, monitoring progress, and adjusting timelines as needed to ensure successful delivery. The Program Manager will assess gaps between current processes and business requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, oversee user acceptance testing strategy and execution, support Agile/SDLC delivery practices, develop user training materials, and manage production support escalations. The role requires a collaborative yet independent leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes, coordinating complex initiatives, and ensuring successful adoption of PLM capabilities across the organization.
