As the Principal, Senior Program Lead, your role will focus on: Drive Critical Cross-Company Programs Personally lead and drive execution of high-priority initiatives such as: TSA completion and separation Engineering and IT consolidation programs DevOps and platform transformation Break down ambiguous initiatives into clear execution plans, architectural decisions, and deliverables Act as the go-to problem solver for complex technical and program challenges Maintain a strong focus on real delivery and outcomes Lead and coordinate cross-functional project management across R D and IT Ensure initiatives are delivered with strong cost discipline and budget optimization Lead AI Adoption Across Divisions Drive AI adoption across engineering, IT, and business functions, including: AIOps and incident automation CI/CD and release optimization Cost optimization initiatives Work directly with teams to integrate AI into real workflows Help teams move from experimentation to production adoption Identify and prioritize AI use cases that deliver measurable ROI and efficiency gains Shape and Rationalize the Technology Stack Partner with IT and R D leaders to rationalize and align technology stacks Drive decisions on, Tooling consolidation, Platform standardization, Build vs. buy Contribute directly to key technical decisions Continuously optimize technology footprint to reduce costs and eliminate redundant spend Build and Enable Centralized Platforms Help define and bootstrap centralized platforms, such as: Developer platforms AI/ML shared services Infrastructure foundations Work closely with cross-company teams to ensure adoption and usability Eliminate duplication across teams and functions Drive economies of scale through platform reuse and shared services Drive Productivity and Metrics Excellence Lead initiatives to improve RnD and IT productivity Ensure metrics are well-defined, instrumented, actionable, and consistently used Track and report on cost efficiency, ROI, and productivity improvements across initiatives Act as Connector Across IT, R D, and Leadership Work across org boundaries to: Resolve ownership gaps, Align responsibilities, Unblock execution, Translate between exec priorities and technical implementation, Influence without authority, drive outcomes through credibility

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in leading/participating of engineering and technology programs/projects Strong background in software engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise IT Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives Experience working across R D and IT organizations Deep understanding of: DevOps and CI/CD practices Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Enterprise systems and architecture Experience driving technology consolidation or transformation efforts Strong execution mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into action Experience managing or influencing budgets, cost optimization, and ROI for large-scale technology initiatives Strong understanding of cost drivers in cloud, infrastructure, and engineering environments Demonstrated ability to balance technical decisions with financial impact and efficiency goals Highly desirable: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI/ML applications in engineering or IT workflows What are you waiting for?
