Requirements Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams, or program development. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent public speaking skills for presentations and community engagement. Background in social work, public health, addiction counseling or related fields is preferred. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in recruiting and team supervision. Knowledge of social media management and marketing techniques for outreach campaigns. Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure program impact effectively. Prior experience in fundraising or grant writing is a plus.
