Outcomes-Based-Measures. Monitoring and tracking of collegiate students' progress toward an Associate Degree through the Personalized Pathway Manager, PowerBi, and other data-sharing tools. Design, develop, and implement quality professional development experiences for
P-TECH/ECHS
counselors stemming from data trends that support and drive the academic development of collegiate students. Improving the percentage of on-track students by completing program audits (as needed). Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education, Master's degree with Educational Leadership or Counseling Specialization. Three to Five years of directly related experience. Three or more years of school counselor experience and/or related work experience. Experience with building high school master schedules and postsecondary pathways. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to coach/train adults. Ability to take initiative and be self-directed. Ability to present information and data to a wide variety of stakeholders. Possess background knowledge of the
P-TECH/ECHS
program and TEA Blueprint Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.
