IAM/PAM program manager

10+ years in cybersecurity or IAM/PAM program or project management role Experience delivering IAM or PAM initiatives (CyberArk experience preferred but not mandatory). Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder enterprise programs. Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills. Experience managing consulting engagements (T&M and/or fixed scope). Preferred Experience and certifications Exposure to PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar. Experience in discovery-led or roadmap-driven cybersecurity engagements. Understanding of privileged access lifecycle, onboarding waves, and operational governance. Experience working in large enterprises or regulated environments PMP certifications would be preferred
