Job Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join our team as a Military Practice Liaison. The Military Practice Liaison will play a vital role in connecting our organization with military installations, veteran support organizations, and military healthcare facilities. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique needs of military personnel and their families, as well as strong communication and relationship-building skills.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with military installations, veteran service organizations, and military healthcare facilities to promote our services and facilitate patient referrals.
  • Establish and strengthen connections with healthcare clinics, providers, and organizations to promote our services and facilitate patient referrals.
  • Act as a liaison between our organization and military personnel, veterans, and their families, offering information, resources, and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with military healthcare providers and administrators to ensure seamless coordination of care for military patients transitioning between military and civilian healthcare systems.
  • Organize and participate in events, workshops, and outreach activities to engage with military personnel, veterans, and their families, raising awareness of our services and advocating for their unique healthcare needs.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within our organization.
  • Organize and participate in events, workshops, and outreach activities to engage with community healthcare organizations and providers, raising awareness of our services.
  • Stay informed about military healthcare policies, programs, and initiatives to better serve our military community and address their evolving needs.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience working with military personnel, veterans, or military healthcare systems highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of military culture, healthcare benefits, and support services available to military families. Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with military stakeholders, including military leaders, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally as needed.

$48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
