Full Job Description Program Coordinator Job Summary:
Legacy Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator / Scheduler to support day-to-day operations for our El Paso division. This position plays a critical role in coordinating production schedules, subcontractors, crew, inspections, suppliers, materials and customer communication to ensure projects move efficiently from start to completion. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask efficiently, communicate professionally, and be a strong problem solver.
Program Coordinator Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Project Coordination Develop and maintain daily and weekly project schedules Coordinate roofing and construction projects from scheduling through completion Coordinate subcontractors, crews, suppliers, inspections, and material deliveries Work with management and office staff to maintain project timelines Monitor project progress and active jobs Resolve scheduling conflicts and production issues Schedule site visits, inspections, and project milestones Maintain project metrics and scheduling updates for management Administrative & Operations Support Assist with inventory management and material coordination Maintain TPA and insurance portal documentation Coordinate bank draws and project documentation Update internal systems and production tracking Assist with invoicing, collections follow-up, and administrative support Prepare reports and operational updates for management Customer & Vendor Communication Communicate project schedules and updates to customers Maintain communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors Coordinate deliveries and scheduling with vendors Assist customers with project coordination questions
Program Coordinator Qualifications & Experience:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Strong problem-solving ability Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Experience coordinating subcontractors and crews preferred Proficiency with computers, email, calendars, and office software Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Preferred Qualifications Roofing or construction industry experience Insurance restoration experience Experience using CRM or scheduling software Experience with TPA programs and insurance claims coordination Experience with Xactimate is a plus
