V-22 Program IntegratorLocation:
Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) The Program Integrator supports the V‑22 Program Director by coordinating cross‑functional activities and ensuring leadership receives accurate, aligned, and decision‑ready information. This role integrates inputs across production, engineering, sustainment, finance, contracts, and international teams, preparing leadership and Bell Sales & Strategy for internal and external engagements with the US Government (USG) Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). The integrator validates data, challenges assumptions, and creates clear executive‑level content for internal and external reviews. Recognizing a wide range of program challenges, the Program Integrator evaluates cross‑functional inputs, validates the accuracy of technical, schedule, financial, and sustainment data, and engages IPTs with targeted, insightful questions. What you'll be doing as the V-22Program Integrator:
Prepare executive‑ready briefs and talking points that clearly communicate: Help Needed/Decision Required, Problem, Root Cause (Why), Risk/Impact, and Mitigation. sound judgment to identify issues early, clarify inconsistencies, and drive actions that ensure the information prepared for leadership is complete, accurate, and aligned with program objectives. Validate and query cross‑functional data, resolve IPT discrepancies, and ensure the data tells a clear, leadership-ready story. Prepare leaders for customer/partner engagements with aligned messaging and verified data. Facilitate governance cadences: Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Strategic Reviews, ELT updates, Program Town Halls, and internal Program Management Reviews (PMRs). Validate completeness and consistency of cross‑functional inputs, challenge assumptions and close gaps. Work with Bell/Boeing and USG to plan and execute successful customer and supplier engagements as required. Maintain action trackers, risk/issue logs, Point documentation standards, and coalesce for historical tracking. Respond to RFIs from Textron Washington Office and Navy Sales & Strategy in a timely manner with vetted program data. Support, coordinate, and manage Team Osprey program requirements for events, leadership offsites, training, and engagement activities in conjunction with NSS. Provide leadership and IPT support by compiling white papers and supporting documentation as required Act as the program SME for AI‑enabled Point tools, serving as POC with program personnel, IT, and Operations for capability rollouts and policy updates. The integrator will proactive daily cadence and fielded program governance Coordinate and run V-22 Proposal Management efforts by coordinating and supporting meetings with CM/DM, contracts, IPTs and USG, participate in adjudication discussions to streamline processes and submittals, collect / consolidate and upload documents to BIPACs and notify all impacted groups. The integrator shall discern which inputs to support the broader customer base by anticipating and coordinating early staffing of inputs The integrator shall represent Program Director in internal meetings as requiredJob Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree required Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT or similar discipline.

Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce executive‑ready presentations. Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to collaborate effectively across IPTs and prepare leadership for high‑visibility engagements.- Proven data rigor: validate accuracy, challenge assumptions, and resolve inconsistencies. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Point Experience with AI‑enabled collaboration tools is preferred. Travel as required (e.g., quarterly). What we offer you in return:
