You will be the Program Management, Senior
  • Level 3 for the F-35 Deputy PMO which is responsible for delivering cost-competitive, schedule-driven, and technically excellent outcomes across the F-35 program. What You Will Be Doing As the Program Management, Senior
  • Level 3 you will be responsible for steering the full lifecycle of major program initiatives, from concept through execution, while safeguarding cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead development and execution of program budgets and cost-competitiveness strategies. Coordinate preparation of proposals, business plans, and contract negotiations. Serve as the primary customer liaison, facilitating program review sessions and performance reporting. Define technical milestones, monitor schedule adherence, and drive resolution of program risks. Direct multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, and administration to achieve program objectives. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher or combined education and experience.
Program/Project Management Experience Desired Skills:
  • General Understanding of the F-35 Program
  • Experience with Budgets/EVMS
  • Experience with Proposals/BOE Authoring

Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
