This role assists customers with program participation, maintains accurate records, monitors compliance, and supports workforce center staff in delivering quality services. Responsibilities Review compliance reports and customer participation records. Track and document program participation hours. Maintain accurate case files and program documentation. Assist with customer hearings and supporting paperwork. Provide administrative and technical support to program participants and staff. Support workforce development initiatives and customer service efforts. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 1+ year of administrative, customer service, program support, workforce development, or related experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and safe driving record required. Required Skills Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently.
