•Work locations: Orlando, FL or Grand Prairie, TX only•You will be the Enterprise Performance Program Manager for the MFC Enterprise Performance (EP) Excellence team. This role is responsible for establishing standardized approaches for program measurement, risk management, and opportunity management across MFC. What You Will Be Doing As the Enterprise Performance Program Manager you will be responsible for leading Work Stream 1 (WS1) and shaping its operations within a matrixed environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Establish the concept of operations for WS1 interfacing with accelerating programs. Lead strategic coordination and stakeholder engagement to advance WS1 priorities. Communicate WS1 progress and accomplishments to executive leadership. Develop and manage integrated plans and schedules supporting MAI objectives. Contribute to enterprise risk and opportunities management governance. - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance Program Management experience commensurate with the typical minimums for this position. Experience on full DFARs EV programs and knowledge of the nuances of EV Lite programs Excellent verbal/written and presentation communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to form effective relationships with diverse teams to deliver positive results
Desired Skills:
Program Management experience within all program life cycles (Capture, Development, Transition To Production, Production, Sustainment and International) and across multiple Lines of Business. Ability to work independently and objectively to assess priorities and risk across a wide variety of program types and across lines of business. Creative thinking, "can-do" attitude Demonstrated capability to present to Executive Leadership with demonstrated ability to build and deliver presentations that communicate the intended message. Communicates with positive impact up, down and across in the organization. Knowledge of Corporate and Business Area command media Experience operating within the LM Risk, Issue and Opportunity tool, ROADS Knowledge of Lockheed Martin program capture and execution processes Ability to organize complex tasks and events Demonstrated ability to model and embody the tenets of Full Spectrum Leadership. Green Belt/Black Belt certification with 1LMX experience External customer experience

Work Remotely:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
