Description:
You will be the Launchers Program Manager for the Launchers Integration team. Our team is responsible for delivering advanced munitions integration into fire control systems. What You Will Be Doing As the Launchers Program Manager you will be responsible for shaping integration strategies, coordinating stakeholder efforts, and driving program execution from concept through fielded solution. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Establish integration strategies for munitions such as PAC‑3 and MLRS into the Fire Control System. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop plans that meet customer milestones. Direct all program phases, managing cost, schedule, and technical performance. Lead proposal development, negotiate contracts, and oversee contract modifications during execution. Serve as the primary customer contact, leading program review sessions on cost, schedule, and technical performance. - Bachelors degree
- Must have an active Secret clearance
- Experience with launcher software and fire control systems
- Program Management Experience
- Demonstrated success in Program Management or Integrated Program Team (IPT) environments
- Ability to form effective relationships with diverse, geographically dispersed teams
- Proven track record of innovative problem solving
- Must hold active secret security clearance
- Strong leadership skills, work ethic, and teamwork
- Possess superior organizational and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to comprehend and summarize complex technical issues and develop recommended solutions
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with external customers
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of program management methods including risk and opportunity management
Desired Skills:
- Earned Value Expertise Hands‑on experience with EVMS/Earned Value programs
- Prior Control Account Management (CAM) experience Leadership & Collaboration
- Experience in capture/proposal efforts.
- Prior involvement with PATRIOT and other launcher systems
- Launcher / Missile integration experience
- Working knowledge of Tactical Missile and PAC-3 and other IAMD development missile products and their processes
- Experience integrating newly developed products into existing launcher systems
- Supply chain management
- IPT leadership experience

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
