Organizational Location:

This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S.Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Assets and Facilities' Management, in Irving, Texas. This is a non-bargaining unit position.

Experience :

One (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Provide input and recommendations for the development of a five-year spend plan for facilities investments. Manage a multi-sector workforce and a variety of work situations. Provide oversight and ensure overall sound stewardship of funds execution for the funds allocated for regional execution. Provide support to management and promote customer service and teamwork (internally and externally) for overall positive value to the organization Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. National Service Experience (i.e., volunteer experience) : Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
