6+ month contract Onsite in Dallas 3x a week $85-90/hr Senior Program Manager Role Summary Lead a large-scale commercial transformation program focused on implementing a unified business platform. Responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, driving execution, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology objectives. Responsibilities Direct program execution across multiple initiatives and teams. Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution. Partner with business and technology leaders to align priorities and drive outcomes. Provide status updates and recommendations to senior leadership. Lead governance activities and support key decision-making. Ensure organizational readiness, adoption, and operational transition. Track progress, performance metrics, and expected business benefits. Requirements 12+ years of program management experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives. Experience managing complex, in-flight programs with multiple stakeholders. Strong background in data-driven projects and enterprise platform implementations. Experience with CRM, ERP, CPQ, or commercial transformation programs. Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence and lead across matrixed organizations.
