As a Client Development Associate, you'll build relationships with community members, educate supporters about nonprofit initiatives, and help strengthen each organization's brand presence throughout Houston. This Client Development Associate opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating meaningful connections, and developing professional communication skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Core Functions of the Client Services Associate Represent nonprofit partners professionally while increasing brand awareness and community engagement. Build relationships with community members through informative conversations about charitable programs and initiatives. Support fundraising efforts by helping individuals learn about opportunities to support each nonprofit's mission and brand. Strengthen brand visibility by creating positive interactions that encourage long-term community involvement. Participate in ongoing Client Development Associate training focused on communication, outreach, leadership, and brand representation. Develop outreach and relationship-building skills while supporting campaign growth and fundraising objectives. Help community members connect their interests and values with nonprofit programs that create meaningful impact. Collaborate with fellow Client Development Associate team members to support campaign goals, community engagement efforts, and overall brand growth. Preferred Skills of the Client Services Associate Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, communications, or community involvement is helpful but not required Comfortable meeting new people and initiating conversations throughout the day Strong communication skills and interest in representing a nonprofit brand professionally Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team-oriented mindset with an interest in personal and professional growth Ability to build trust and establish rapport quickly Motivated to develop professionally as a Client Development Associate Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Successful Client Development Associates combine relationship-building, professionalism, and strong communication skills to help nonprofit organizations expand their reach and strengthen their brand presence throughout the community.
