Program Specialist Job Description:
Conduct ongoing quality assurance reviews of substance misuse prevention and intervention programs to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and evidence-based practices. Conduct documentation reviews and satisfaction survey data analysis to assess fidelity and effectiveness. Collect, analyze, and report program performance data, including outcomes and participation rates. Maintain accurate and timely quality assurance documentation, reports, and records to support internal reporting and external compliance requirements. Provide technical assistance and guidance to program staff related to QA tools to strengthen service delivery and improve adherence to quality standards. Provide program support by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and conducting client follow-ups.
Requirements:
Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent; 2 years of experience in administrative and support roles. Must have reliable transportation as travel is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Some travel required within service area and must have current TX driver's license with current liability insurance
