Program Specialist - Quality Assurance

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Specialist - Quality Assurance to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the integrity of behavioral health programs compliance documentation. Responsibilities Complete monthly quality assurance reports for assigned programs under the supervision of the Lead Program Specialist. Review program documentation (logs, reports, client files, meeting notes, and supporting materials) for accuracy and compliance. Complete quarterly satisfaction survey reports and compile participant and client feedback; organize documentation for quarterly meetings. Compile and organize quality assurance documentation for reporting purposes. Use assigned systems to enter data, manage surveys, and generate reports. Maintain strict confidentiality of all quality assurance activities and information.

Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. Must have current TX driver's license with current liability insurance.
