Job Description:

I'm currently partnering with a growing aerospace manufacturer in San Antonio that's looking to bring on multiple Program Managers (PM

I / II / III

) to support a strong pipeline of new and existing programs. These roles are heavily focused on execution, customer interaction, and cross-functional leadership -ideal for someone who enjoys being in the middle of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. What you'll be doing: Own program execution across cost, schedule, and technical performance Lead daily stand-ups and drive alignment across internal teams Build and maintain customer relationships (government + commercial programs) Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, and deliverables (CDRLs) Monitor performance using EVM and communicate status in PMRs Identify risks early and drive mitigation across stakeholders Support supplier/subcontractor coordination as needed What they're looking for: Experience in program/project management within aerospace or manufacturing Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar Exposure to EVM, scheduling, and customer-facing programs PMP is a plus

Levels:

PM I:

Early career / growth role (1-3 years experience)

PM II:

Mid-level (3-5+ years, independent program ownership)

PM III:

Senior-level (complex programs, leadership/mentorship responsibilities) ????
